Multiple bulbs of organic garlic - as many as you can comfortably freeze
A bowl of water
A good grinder or blender
Silicone freezer cubes
Wash the garlic bulbs
Smash the bulbs to make separating the peel easier
Wet your hands (water makes the process less sticky) and then peel garlic cloves
Blend the garlic cloves with a little water to soften the consistency
Scoop the blended garlic into freezer cubes (preferably silicone)
Once frozen, store the cubes in a silicone bag in the freezer
Use in any recipe that calls for fresh garlic and enjoy!
